A space where you don’t have to pretend.
I didn’t come into this work to “fix” people.
I came because I understand what it feels like to live in a body that doesn’t feel safe…
to carry emotions that don’t make sense…
to feel disconnected from yourself.
I don’t believe in pushing or forcing change.
I believe in:
-
safety first
-
moving slowly
-
listening to your body

a little more about me
Andrea is a licensed therapist who understands the quiet ache people carry—the stories held in the body, the memories that linger in the nervous system, the resilience that often goes unnoticed.
Trained in trauma‑informed practices, she approaches every person with reverence for what they’ve survived and tenderness for what they’re still learning to hold. Her work is an invitation to soften. To breathe.
To step into a space where pain is not minimized, where strength is not demanded, and where healing unfolds at the pace your heart can bear.
Andrea believes that even in the darkest chapters, there is a spark of self that never goes out—and she is committed to helping clients find it again.
