Where insight changes your life

Maybe you’ve gotten used to hiding the overwhelm behind a steady smile, pushing through the exhaustion, or telling yourself that “other people have it worse.”

But a part of you knows something isn’t right. You’re tired of feeling anxious, stretched thin, or alone in your relationships. You’re ready for relief — and you deserve it.

Know Me

I’m a therapist who believes healing begins the moment someone feels truly seen. My work centers on helping people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, drained by burnout, or stuck in painful relationship patterns. I don’t rush you. I don’t judge you. I sit with you — fully, compassionately, and with genuine curiosity about who you are beneath the stress.

Clients often tell me they feel a sense of relief in our first session, not because everything is suddenly fixed, but because they finally feel understood. That’s the foundation we build on together.

I Feel You

It's never too late to start your journey

When grappling with anxiety, burnout, and relationship stress, it can feel as if you’re caught in a storm of emotions—an unshakable sense of dread, fatigue that seeps into your bones, and a yearning for connection that feels just out of reach.

The world may seem too loud, too chaotic, leaving you feeling fragile and alone. You might question your worth and wonder if you can ever feel whole again. I invite you to reach out and share your burden. In our work together, we can transform this pain into a path towards healing, strength, and renewed hope.

My practice is a place where you can finally exhale. A place where your feelings are not “too much,” your story is not “too messy,” and your needs are not an inconvenience.

You don’t have to hold everything together here. You just have to show up.

What to Expect in Your First Session

Create a super-realistic sketch of a sad woman who is sitting on a bench in a park.jpg

Your first session isn’t a test. It’s a conversation. You can share as much or as little as you want. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what you hope to change, and what support looks like for you.

My role is to help you feel grounded, understood, and never alone in the process.

Most people leave their first session feeling lighter — not because everything is solved, but because they finally have a partner in their healing.

I'M HERE

If you’re reading this and feeling even a small pull toward change, trust that. You don’t have to wait for things to get worse. You don’t have to keep doing this alone. Reaching out is an act of strength — and it might be the moment your life begins to feel different.

When you’re ready, I’m here.

I help people with anxiety by teaching them how to understand their body’s stress responses, challenge the patterns that keep worry looping, and build practical tools they can use in everyday life.

Instead of simply trying to “get rid” of anxiety, I guide my clients toward a more compassionate relationship with themselves, which often reduces symptoms naturally.

Let's dive deeper

With burnout, I focus on restoring balance. I help clients identify the pressures, expectations, and habits that drain their energy, then support them in rebuilding healthier boundaries and reconnecting with what gives them meaning.

My sessions often combine reflective dialogue with strategies for emotional regulation, rest, and sustainable change.

YOU MAY WONDER...

What makes my approach effective is the combination of psychological insight, gentle challenge, and genuine presence. People don’t just learn coping skills — they learn to understand themselves in a way that makes long‑term healing possible.
