A space where you don’t have to pretend.

If you're used to holding everything in, overthinking, or feeling like no one really understands — this is where that begins to change.

Get to
Know Me

Hi, I’m Sarah,

I know how heavy it can feel to live inside your own mind when it won’t slow down.
When your thoughts are loud, your energy is low, and even small things feel like too much.

Many of the people I work with appear “fine” on the outside —
but inside, they’re overwhelmed, anxious, or quietly struggling.

If that’s you… I see you.

And you don’t have to go through it alone.

WHY I DO THIS WORK

I didn’t choose this work to “fix” people.

I chose it because I believe no one should have to sit alone with their pain.

Therapy, to me, is not about pressure or perfection.
It’s about creating a space where you feel safe enough to be honest —
maybe for the first time in a long time.

Because when you feel safe, something begins to shift.

MY APPROACH

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in understanding — not judgment.

In our work together, you can expect:

  • A calm, supportive space where you won’t feel rushed

  • Guidance when you feel stuck or overwhelmed

  • Tools to manage anxiety and emotional intensity

  • A deeper understanding of your thoughts and patterns

We move at your pace.
Always.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

This is not a space where you have to:

  • Have the “right” words

  • Explain everything perfectly

  • Be strong all the time

           You’re allowed to:

  • Pause

  • Feel unsure

  • Take your time

           There’s no pressure here.
           Just space.

WHO I WORK WITH

I work with people who feel:

  • Mentally exhausted from overthinking

  • Stuck in cycles of anxiety or low mood

  • Disconnected from themselves

  • Afraid they’ll always feel this way

You don’t need to be in crisis to start.
You just need to feel ready for something to change.

Starting therapy can feel scary.

Especially if you’re used to handling everything on your own.

But you don’t have to figure it all out before reaching out.

You can just start here.

You’re not too much.

You’re not behind.

And you’re not alone.
