Hi, I’m Claire,

I work with people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they don’t understand.

My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and centered around creating safety —
not pushing you to “fix” yourself.


Because healing doesn’t happen through pressure.


It happens when your system finally feels safe enough to let go.

You don’t have to be “ready” to start.


You just have to be willing to show up as you are.
