You don’t have to have the “right words” to be here.

Sometimes you just know that something doesn’t feel right.

You feel overwhelmed… or empty.

Anxious for no clear reason… or stuck in thoughts you can’t escape.
Maybe your past still feels too close, even when you try to move on.

You don’t need a perfect explanation.
You don’t need a diagnosis to begin.

You just need a place where what you’re feeling is understood.

That’s what this space is here for.

TRAUMA & PTSD

When your past doesn’t feel like it’s in the past...

Trauma isn’t just something that happened to you.

It’s something your body is still trying to protect you from.

You might notice:

  • Feeling constantly on edge or easily triggered

  • Flashbacks, intrusive memories, or nightmares

  • Avoiding certain places, people, or feelings

  • A sense of disconnection from yourself or reality

  • Difficulty feeling safe — even when you are safe

None of this means you’re broken.

It means your nervous system learned to survive something overwhelming.

In our work together, we don’t rush into painful memories.

We start with creating safety — in your body, in your breath, in this space.

Because healing trauma isn’t about forcing yourself to “go back.”
It’s about helping your system realize: you’re not there anymore.

And we go at your pace. Always.

DEPRESSION

When everything feels heavy… or nothing at all

Depression doesn’t always look like sadness.

Sometimes it feels like:

  • Emptiness or numbness

  • Exhaustion that doesn’t go away with rest

  • Losing interest in things you used to care about

  • Feeling disconnected from yourself and others

  • A quiet sense that something inside you has shut down

And underneath it all… often a deep, unspoken thought:

“Something is wrong with me.”

But depression is not who you are.

It’s what happens when your system has been overwhelmed, hurt, or depleted for too long.

We won’t try to force you to “feel better.”

Instead, we gently begin to reconnect you —
to your emotions, your body, and a sense of meaning that feels real again.

Even small shifts can begin to bring light back in.

ANXIETY & OVERWHELM

When your mind won’t slow down and your body won’t relax

Anxiety can feel like living in constant tension.

Always thinking. Always scanning. Always preparing for what could go wrong.

You might experience:

  • Racing thoughts you can’t turn off

  • Tightness in your chest or shallow breathing

  • Overanalyzing conversations or decisions

  • Difficulty relaxing — even in calm moments

  • A constant feeling of “something isn’t right”

This isn’t because you’re “too sensitive.”

It’s because your nervous system is trying to keep you safe.

Together, we work on calming the system — not just the thoughts.

Through gentle, body-aware approaches, you can begin to feel:

  • More grounded

  • More present

  • Less controlled by fear

Your mind doesn’t have to feel like a battlefield.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

No pressure. No rushing. No expectations to share everything at once.

Our work together is guided by what feels safe for you.

This means:

  • Moving at your pace

  • Listening to your body, not just your words

  • Creating safety before exploring anything difficult

  • Respecting your boundaries at all times

You don’t have to push yourself here.

You don’t have to “perform” healing.

We begin exactly where you are.

If something here resonates…

You don’t need to be completely ready.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.

You can simply take the next small step.

It’s okay to go slowly.
You’re allowed to take your time.
